Jan. 24 (Bloomberg) — Andrew Mason, chief executive officer and founder of the coupon website Groupon Inc., comments on his discussions with bankers on a possible initial public share sale and the risks that Google Inc. will launch a rival service. He speaks from the Digital-Life-Design conference in Munich with Andrea Catherwood on Bloomberg’s Television's "The Pulse." Groupon rebuffed a $6 billion takeover offer from Google Inc. last month. The two-year-old startup last week week announced a round of funding said to value it at $4.75 billion. (Source: Bloomberg)
