This video was taken by the VSS manufactured V-CAM. The camera is submerged 12 feet underwater to the bottom of a 40 x 25 foot koi pond. The camera is able to see 18 feet back to the back wall of the pond. The V-CAM sends a live feed into the home of the pond owners who are then able to watch the fish from their living room.
