Lynnandhev’s travel blog entry: "On Saturday morning we visited an underground church in the town, it was really beautiful and the fact that it had all been carved out underground just made it even more special. We then checked out the Breakaways which is a spectacular bit of landscape, before heading towards Alice Springs. We didn't make it all the way to Alice Springs so stopped over at a Roadhouse for the evening. This place seemed a bit eery so we opted to sleep in the car rather than the tent, something we were yet to do. Luckily a German couple turned up in their campervan so we felt a little safer. Sleeping in the car wasn't as bad as we thought it would be, especially thanks to Lynns homemade curtains! On Sunday we drove the rest of the way to Alice Springs. Heather waited in the car while Lynn went to check availabilty in a hostel... Heather was confused when Lynn came sprinting out saying "drive!" turned out we were in the wrong road and Lynn had walked into a swotters house!"
