Shot 05/25/2011.## INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) - Weather warnings began popping up in Central Indiana Wednesday afternoon, as storms began hitting the area.   2:40 p.m. update: 1-inch hail spotted in Morgantown and Martinsville. Also in Martinsville, there were power lines down at Cherry and Mitchell streets. Sirens were going off at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Power lines were also reported down near Interstate 465 and Brookville Road. The Storm Prediction Center has placed parts of Central Indiana under a "high risk" for severe weather Wednesday, something that is rare for this region of the country. The "High Risk" area includes Terre Haute, Bloomington and Seymour.
