They take whatever you thought was good shape, crumple it up, and throw it on the floor. What does it leave you with if you adhere faithfully to it? One strong, nothing to play with, core. Let's go. Start Assume a push-up position (hands shoulder width apart), and throw your legs on that physioball you grabbed a moment ago. And by legs we mean your feet should be on the ball. Ready to turn those abs into a fully fledged core? Middle We're looking to form an upside down "V" with your body, which means you're looking to push your butt towards the ceiling. That's it. Just push your butt as far into the air as possible while keeping your legs and upper body straight. Because "V's" have nice straight lines, not curves. Finish Having formed a breathtaking upside "V" you'll now want to return to the starting position (upper body parallel to the floor, legs straight)...
