Shot 05/02/2011.## The Flying Pig Marathon usually celebrates its streakers — people who have run every single marathon since it started 13 years ago. But one accused streaker in particular Sunday was certainly not welcome.  Brett Henderson, 35, was arrested on Sunday morning and charged with public indecency and obstructing official business. Court documents indicated that Henderson was naked as he ran the marathon. He was approached by police on Gilbert Avenue, about an hour into the race. Henderson was subdued with a Taser gun because he refused to comply with officers' orders to get in the police cruiser. Henderson’s mother Lee said Monday that he had borrowed a pair of running shorts from his father, but they kept slipping down as he ran. She said he kept running without shorts because he was determined to complete the race he had trained for. Henderson appeared at his Monday afternoon arraignment wearing a Flying Pig Marathon T-shirt. He pleaded not guilty and was told to return for a future court date.##
