Susan Ernst, Jocelyn Monroe, and Becca Neumann Professor Ernst, a professor of the Biology department and previous Dean of the School of Arts and Sciences at Tufts University, gives advice on the application process for professorships. She describes what application packages include, what the key features of teaching and research statements are, and what search committees are looking for. She gives tips on how to put together an application package that stands out. Drs. Monroe and Neumann describe their personal experiences with applying for professorships and give advice through their personal stories.
