Volcom had it’s VQS Championships at 54th street in Newport Beach.  This year's theme was 80's Metal, "The Totally Twisted Crustaceans of Metal". It was a truly an international event with surfers who qualified from all over the world was there. The waves were typical Newport Beach small and weak but Hawaii kids were ripping out there.Congrats to everyone who qualified to be there.
