Part 1 Summary: At the police station, the mayor demands that John be brought in for questioning. Meanwhile, John finds Talia floating face down in Dorian’s pool, stabbed to death by an unseen assailant. Fish ask John if he stabbed Talia and explains that the finding of the department's lab report indicate that John stabbed Blair. Fish gives him a chance to make a run for it, but John stays at the scene. Nora and Bo are shocked and devastated to learn of Talia's death. Bo has no choice but to arrest John and bring him in for questioning. Shane's bone marrow transplant is in progress as Schuyler catches Stacy tossing her blood in a BIOHAZARD receptacle. She covers but Schuyler is suspicious. He tries to get her to back off Rex, but Stacy remains fixated. After she leaves, he grabs her bag of blood from the receptacle. Roxy tells Gigi to come clean with Rex, and just as she is about to, Shane goes into distress and Stacy reminds Gigi of her deal with God. Roxy goes to see Rex's father, is very drunk, and he grabs her by the throat. She manages to escape and tell the nurse, who doesn't believe her. Signs indicate that "John Doe" is waking up. Charlie is upset and feels Viki has been ignoring him. She tries to assuage his anger, but Charlie wants a change.
