 "Morgan Stanley analysts reiterated their overweight rating on Archer Daniels Midland (NYSE:ADM) and increased their EPS estimates and their price target from $33 to $37 per share. Analysts Vincent Andrews, Megan Davis and Gregory Van Winkle said, ""After two years of multiple compression, we expect ADM’s valuation to revert to the mean as the EPS upside provided by the recent improvement in Ag fundamentals drives home the reality that during the last four fiscal years F2007 - F2010 ADM has averaged ~$2.80 in EPS in a myriad of different agricultural and economic environments. We expect go forward EPS above this trend level but see ADM still priced for below trend EPS. Importantly, F2011 will also mark ADM's shift from CapEx binge to share repurchases."" The bank sees fiscal 2011 EPS of $3.05 and fiscal 2012 EPS of $3.25. SmarTrend is bullish on shares of Archer-Daniels-Midland and our subscribers were alerted to buy on July 21, 2010 at $27.19.
