Yoga for Kids helps 4 - 7 years old learn body awareness, self-control, flexibility, and coordination in a way that helps little gals and guys carry these skills beyond their mats and into their daily routines. The happy side effect is improved concentration for learning, less anxiety, more energy, and all-around better self-confidence to help kids grow up great! Moms and Dads, take a break! This class is for kids only. With playdates, sports, over-scheduling, and even homework--the stress of being a kid adds up. And just like parents, kids today are turning to yoga to relax. Children will have an opportunity to explore their imaginations and discover their own personal style.
