 In early 2010 Prime Zero co-founder Sean Durant from 38th and Foothill in East Oakland needed a James Earl Jones-esque trailer vo and narrator for a captivating documentary he was producing about one woman’s amazing journey down her ancestral path, highlighted by the discovery of her blood-link to historical figure and former slave William Grimes, so... ...Sean called on his old buddy Adam Harrington from Rosedale and Foothill in East Oakland. The two friends had just recently re-connected on facebook after losing touch over 20 years prior and have been churning out projects together ever since: Rap videos, tv ads, corporate videos and more. I'll upload more of my Prime Zero VO work soon, but I am particularly proud of this project. Thank you Sean, and a begrudging thanks to facebook as well. I guess Big Brother ain't so bad after all. Here's to two kids from Jefferson Elementary taking over the world! And here's to Gina Mason, William Grimes and their incredible story.
