Impressions from the panel discussion 'Food and global mobility' in the frame the ElectroSmog Festival for Sustainable Immobility, on March 20, 2010. The video contains short interviews with discussion moderator Michiel de Lange and artist Esther Polak. In conjunction with the panel Esther Polak’s video installation NomadicMILK was exhibited at De Balie, in Amsterdam as part of the ElectroSmog festival. The installation documents field research carried out by Esther Polak and her team tracing and visualising the routes of dairy transporters (PEAKmilk brand) and Fulani nomadic herdsmen in Nigeria using GPS (Global Positioning System).
