This was recorded by a well-intentioned 'tourist' visiting Belarus, wanting to show an orhpanage that takes in a range of special needs children.  I checked out the website and couldn’t help but notice that they heavily rely on donations and fundraiser ventures. The orphanage brings to the fore that they take care of a lot of kids from the Chernobyl generation, which could be factual, but not More.. a lot of factual evidence supporting this. But it does look like they're dealing with the whole spectrum of why some kids end up in orhanages or institutions .... drug/alcohol/incestual/neglict/cards dealt by god/whatnot/etc ... abuse by parents. Mostly a lot of unwanted kids, for whatever reason, ended up in this orphanage. Anyway, nobody's going to want to adopt these kids, not even Brangelina, Madonna, nor Sarah Palin, else they would've already been adopted, geez! Somebody else is taking care of them, and that's all that matters.
