Lindsay Lohan is once again off the hook.  Lohan arrived in court today to face judge Stephanie Sautner, who determined that the troubled actress was not in violation of her probation after reportedly testing positive for alcohol recently. Since a previous judge only required testing for controlled substances and not alcohol specifically, and because her drug tests were only required until February of this year, she was technically not in violation of her probation.According to Radar Online, Lohan allegedly tested positive for alcohol on June 12 or 13. One of the tests is reported to have taken place after a rooftop barbecue party Lohan had at her condo for friends.Judge Sautner however, did come down on Lindsay for having gatherings at her place during the remainder of her home sentence, telling her directly that no parties would be tolerated.Continue reading...
