In July 2008 the Culture and Media Committee of the House of Commons of the United Kingdom stated that it was "unimpressed" with YouTube’s system for policing its videos, and argued that "Proactive review of content should be standard practice for sites hosting user generated content." en.wikipedia.org Rather than risk being blocked in a European country, the USA or Canada, YouTube over does it when it comes to removing videos. It's a safer alternative than not doing enough. If you want to set-up a channel to keep your flagged-down videos available, find a video sharing site outside of YouTube, where flaggers cannot touch them. I use Dramatube (link on channel page). AuntyDilluvian's new channel www.youtube.com everyone who does not subscribe to her makes a kitten cry!!
