Stuart Ingham and Co-driver Mat Tinker on the 205 Challenge test day at Blyton Park, 20th March 2010 giving his modified 205 Gti 1600 a shakedown prior to the 1st event of the 2010 Hankook Tyres sponsored 205 Challenge, The Malcolm Watson Spring Rally Stages at Sculthorpe Airfield, Norfolk on 10th/11th April. The conditions were slippery to say the least, especially later in the day when the rain worsened, then running on balding moulded slick tyres. This was the cars first outing in any kind of anger since the engine was rebuilt by Stuart, now comlete with Weber 45 carburettors, Newman tarmac rally cam with worked head and a fully balanced bottom end. The engine is still not completely run in, so revs were kept below 6000 rpm where possible. This was also the first time using a new prototype on board camera system, supplied by 4Kam Sports Cameras.
