Example of BAD Camera position and panning for ski/snowboard analysis. This video was taken on a Kodak camera in .mov format. then converted to AVI format. We use the AVI format to go frame by frame to analyze our body mechanics and flaw analysis example wih tips www.skidome.org click on instruction tab. Not everyone knows how to shoot a vid. So I put up tips and the process to help my fellow racers. Just do not move the camera to follow the subject until near you then pan 180 degrees and stop again.
