I Did part ex with bobby for another horse, the horse i was sold was a pack of lies, the horse went lame, had underlying problems with it’s hooves and could not be ridden, the previous owner refused to take the horse back, i rang various solicitors to check on my rights and even got in touch with trading standards to find out where i stood, after all that research i found i was well within my rights to walk into their yard and SEIZE bobby in my care. I took bobby back today. We're expecting a high-rate phonecall for the previous owner as he was not there when we took him, though we were let into and out of the yard by some women that worked & kept their horses there...So happy :D i got my baby back, i just was not prepared to give up on him, So happy i have friends like Dot Frankland. Me, mum dot's mum & her friend jo went down to the yard that bobby was being kept at we went up to the yard and whilst mum was talking to a woman at the yard I went up to bobby with Joanne, put my head collar on him, then Francis (Dottys mum) went and got the wagon then Joanne put bobby in the box and we took aramis out and put her back where she belongs and did a complete and utter runner :D no body got killed and we quietly slipped away with what is rightfully ours.
