Brisket Salad Spring Mix 4 wz Cherry Tomatoes, halved 3 ea Red Onion, julienne sliced 1 wz Bacon, large dice 2 wz Tribute Dressing 2 fz Brisket, sliced 6 wz BBQ Sauce 1 fz Queso Fresco, crumbled 1 wz Toss first five ingredients . top with brisket (warmed) drizzle bbq over brisket and sprinkle with queso fresco. Recipe for tribute dressing below Tribute dressing Sugar, granulated 12 wz Salt, Iodized 3 wz Dry Mustard Powder 4.5 wz Garlic, chopped 7 wz White Vinegar 21 fz Olive Oil 96 fz Water 16 fz Crushed Red Pepper .25 wz Cracked Black Pepper .75 wz 1. Combine all ingredients except oil and water and mix with whip on medium speed. 2. Slowly drizzle in oil and form an emulsification. 3. Add water slowly to thin.
