Seated anterior deltoid raises on the total gym are a great exercise for your anterior deltoids because there is an increased range of motion versus dumbbell front raises.  If you have forward shoulders you should read about muscle imbalances and posture problems to see if front shoulder raises are doing more harm than good. total gym is a good exercise machine for home.
