Mr. Oudes talked about his book, From: The President, Richard Nixon’s Secret Files, which publishes for the first time many of President Nixon's confidential memos and papers.  The editor described the topics of these memos as diverse, ranging from opinions on how to properly decorate the White House to instructions to the staff on how to handle the Watergate crisis. Memos to the President from White House staffers such as John Ehrlichman, Bob Haldeman, and Henry Kissinger are also included in the book.
