We hit breakfast (tea and bread for me) and head out to the market to check out the morning action. It's teaming with live chickens and geese this morning and a little fish. We head over to the tailor's and Lan is in the process of getting everything packed up and ready for us. She gives me a bottle of methol oil to sniff and put in my belly button when she finds I've been ill. She wishes us goodby and we had back to the hotel to figure out how to stuff everything in our bags. We each brought one carryon size bag. We'll both head home with our spare nylon bags stuffed, too. Joe heads to an ATM to get the last bit of cash we'll need for the next 24 hrs and I hang out here blogging you and chatting with a couple from Montana who aren't missing the 20" of snow their home just got. Joe found a $10 massage place, so he's off to there and will meet me at a nearby restaurant for lunch, then we're in a taxi for an hour ride to the Danang airport and back to Saigon where we'll fly out in the morning.
