DC presents BURNING INK Images to tattoo and burn! The Burning Ink Expo will be held in Paris from Thursday 20th of May to Sunday June 13th... at ''Bleu Noir'', the brand new Tattoo Parlor/Gallery in Durantin street (18th district), with DC’s support. The concept is unique: an exclusive selection of drawings will be designed by artists, illustrators, graphic artists, sometimes tattoo artists, sometimes tattoed.   The difference with an ordinary expo, is that the buyers will not go home with the art in their hands, but with the design inked onto their skin. All designs are unique tattoo models. At the end of the expo, the evening of June 13th, instead of taking down the art, all the original drawings and designs will be burned! All that will be left is the tattoos on the skin of the buyers that will have chosen them. Burning Ink tells a story between graphics, artwork, performance and tattooing 2 key dates to remember : The 20th of May for the inauguration, where the initial artworks will be revealed. The 23th of June to see these masterpeices go up in flames and find out which ones will have survived... on the visitor's skins.
