Troops in Afghanistan celebrate womens equality and Labor Day with a sports day.  Scenes of military members receiving their race numbers before 10K, standing at starting line, and running down the road. In the fitness center, Soldiers doing aerobics, receiving massages and attending a health and wellness fair (talking, reading information, looking at preventive medicine bug displays). Outside, they play basketball (warming up, inside team huddle and crowd shots of different services cheering) and volleyball. Soldiers lifting weights, doing chin ups and dips, and pulling humvees and gators during "toughman/toughwoman" competition.
