Bloomberg Sports Anchors Rob Shaw and Michele Steele discuss the top players available on the waiver wire in fantasy baseball leagues. Shaw tells us that Tyler Clippard is a fantastic option for any fantasy manager, but is particularly effective when it comes to racking up strikeouts. Shaw then says Bobby Parnell is the hurler to know in New York now that the closer’s role is available after K-Rod has been traded. In Pittsburgh, we have seen some great pitching and as good as anyone is Paul Maholm despite the 6-9 record. Finally, Tigers 22-year old Rick Porcello is a fine option if you're looking for wins. He has 30-plus wins at the young age of 22-years old.
