A delegation from Bahrain, led by the chief executive of the country’s Economic Development Board, Sheikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa, visited a prominent New Jersey solar company in an effort to tap into the world of solar energy. Petra Solar, whose CEO is originally from Jordan, has quietly been developing ties with country’s like Jordan, Bahrain and Dubai to help develop a solar energy industry in a region awash with sun 365 days a year. The small company has grown exponentially since landing a huge contract with PSE&G. (Video by Nyier Abdou/The Star-Ledger)
