This moon glow drips and pours in casting shadow and sight enough dark for the mind to fly wild and just enough detail to keep us partly grounded orchestra of nocturne cricket and cicada hush and nightwind we pause in remembrance of the sun smiling for its absence the cool darkness we embrace knowing it is fleeting each moment its own joy and unique chiasma of experience moon glow activates dreams of quite a different kind. 2. the moon is not the mistress of misconstrued desire she is lonely sun flare firmly ricocheted towards eyes of want the moon is not the mistress she is the mother of atavistic yearning she pulls just soft enough to remind us yes, it is night yet we see riparian cleft where night winds blow while we move as water, clinging to the edge. 3. Lunacy of remembrance, what once was a part of us that reminder circling, pulling always there and slowly drifting away providing stability when we wobble the moon does more than we care to say high tides and churning our aqueous insides drink the wine of the moon and howl in drunken reverie.
