Jenn’s got scoliosis and chronic pain in her right SI, she came to Pilates Excel - Finishing in Seattle in July and we got her all straightened out.   Doming was sufficient to take the lateral curves out of her back and Wagon Wheeling did the trick to vanquish her SI pain. Her description of how it all felt is not highly audible on the video - crank it up and you'll be able to hear her - but after she Domed and walked around she said her limbs felt like wind chimes, all loose and long in the joint. Jenn's skinny and was wearing tight clothes so you might have an easy time of seeing her realign herself. In some of the shots you can see up on the wall and to the right of Jenn's image a couple of oversized legs - that's Joe! I've got a 12 foot banner of him on the wall of the studio and his calves and feet make a cameo appearance in this piece. And just as soon as I learn how to edit sound I promise I'll take out stuff like at the end of this piece where, after I've asked Heidi to turn off the camera, I'm setting out the immediate agenda which includes, first up, me going to the restroom.
