L’abandon est passible de 2 ans d'emprisonnement et de 30 000 € d'amende (Art 521-1 du code pénal). Mais dans les faits, les coupables restent le plus souvent impunis, alors que les victimes, elles, sont condamnées aux pires souffrances. Ce paradoxe, la Fondation en a fait le thème de sa nouvelle campagne qui suggère un chien derrière des barreaux, symboles de cette injustice vécue par près de 60 000 chiens et chats chaque été. Révéler cette injustice au plus grand nombre, montrer les conséquences dramatiques d'un comportement lâche et irresponsable, sont essentiels pour notre combat. Merci de diffuser cette vidéo.

Cute Poodle Puppy this is the puppy called "sabi" whi the cutest puppy in the world.  but he very naughty because he run into the main road and car nearly kill him now he have chain so big dog cannot bite his legs off we not want dog with only 2 legs because difficult for running ...
