And they're not talking about the game. More than 1000 fans with tickets had their seats relocated — while some 400 had to watch live feeds because temporary seating wasn't set up in time for the game. The NFL's response? KSDK "The NFL says they can receive a ticket to any future Super Bowl along with round trip air fare and hotel accommodations. Or they can take the original offer of $2400." To that offer - WOIO's Brian Duffy says - ehh. Not good enough. "That sounds pretty good, but hold everything. If they choose that option, they won't get the $2400 the league initially said it would reimburse them. That's three times the face value of the ticket they gave up. Come on, NFL, get this together." And WPTV anchors say it's a "big oops" at the very least. "Keep upping the ante on that one." "That's good that they made it right, but what a shame they missed it because that is a beautiful, beautiful stadium." "Yup, a big oops." But to the displaced fans -- "a big oops" is a big understatement. Their response? A class action law suit. It was filed in a federal court Tuesday night -- and seeks $5 million in damages from the Cowboys, the team's owner and the NFL. Yahoo! Sports' Chris Chase predicts -- this'll never go to court.
