Rising water-level in Chenab river has forced people to leave the historic Pul Doda town for safer places in the district. Water-level has risen in Chenab by up to 2 m and will further increase to two more meters. Pul Doda is now partially under water, District Magistrate (Doda) Farooq Ahmed Khan said.
