In Orlando, Florida, the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation conducts a sting operation on an "Asian Massage Parlor" posing as a front for a prostitution ring. In Memphis,Tennessee, detectives with the Shelby County Sheriff’s department pose as the delivery service that is delivering a 40 pound shipment of "Khat" - a popular, highly addictive Middle-Eastern stimulant - to bust a local convenience store owner and family man drug dealer. The Shelby County Sheriff's Department then serves a dangerous arrest warrant for an armed robbery suspect in an apartment complex in known Memphis gang territory. The Shelby County detectives conduct a raid on the home of a crack-dealing mother and her boyfriend - the detectives find thousands in cash, as wells as crack, weed, and guns while hurrying to finish the operation before the woman's young kids get home from school.
