I was definitely going crazy. I was sure of it. I placed my hand on the cool kitchen tiles in an attempt to lift my weight off the floor. After a second, I gave up. I was weak from exhaustion, and I had no power left in me. My eyes drooped. They felt like they weighed a billion pounds each. I let them fall closed. Lacey turned to me, her face kind and warm. She smiled and giggled. I went to smile back, but as I smiled, Lacey’s smile faded. A look of horror appeared over her face. Blood oozed from her neck. Her eyes rolled into the back of her head. I knew that she was dead. But then, suddenly her eyes flew open. Her mouth squeaked with just one word, "WHY?" Then she fell back down, dead as a doornail. Thump. My eyes flew open. The moving men were bringing in boxes from the front door. But one box in particular caught my attention. Inside, or rather, hanging out of, the box were a pair of legs, and long dark hair. I got onto my hands and knees and crawled slightly closer. I saw a face hanging out of the box too. I ran to get up and stop the man carrying the box. "Stop! No! That's my sister!" I scurried, bawling my eyes out, over to the man carrying the box. He look at me strangely, but tilted the box toward me to show me what was inside. A lamp and a couple books were inside. My heart pounded faster and I started to sweat bullets. The man stared at me, wide eyed. I glanced at him. "Are you alright?" I could feel the blood rushing to my head as I toppled over backwards.
