When a drug dealer’s assassin guns down his best friend and fellow policeman Lee (Robert Kim), troubled war-vet-turned-rogue-cop John Steele (Martin Kove) sets out for revenge — only to discover the shooter is the son of an old enemy from his days in 'Nam. Now Steele breaks out the heavy artillery and takes the hurt straight to the gang leader's doorstep in this campy film cast in the mold of classic 1980s-era action-thrillers.
