So in addition to releasing a new campaign "The Passing" Valve is also introducing a series of new game types for Left4Dead 2 called Mutations. These Mutations are released on Friday, are playable for one week, then are replaced by the next mutation on the following Friday. Each week I’ll be uploading game play footage featuring that weeks mutation. Week 1- Realism Versus This mutation fuses together the already existing game types of realism and versus. Players engage in a normal versus game while the survivor team copes with the added penalties of realism mode. These penalties include: no glow around items and other survivors, tougher common infected, instant kill witches, and tanks on every stage. This game type is fun but results in huge amounts of rape to the survivor team, because of that the song in the video is "Rape Me" by Nirvana, enjoy.
