Albissola Marina is a comune (municipality) in the Orbit of Savona in the Italian location Liguria, placed virtually 35 km region of Genoa and almost 4 km northeast of Savona.   Albissola Marina was a resolution of the Ingauni (a nation of the Ligures), later conquered by the Romans and titled Alba Docilia (now in the communal territory of Albisola Superiore). In the Richly Mid Ages it was move of the county of Vado, and then of the marquisate of Savona and that of Albisola (1122). In 1343 it was acquired by the Republic of Metropolis, to which it remained (with a confident point of autonomy) until 1797.
