Stevegrace’s travel blog entry: "2.00 am. Oh, dear — what did I eat that I shouldn't have! Not much sleep -- but managed to make it to breakfast for toast and lots of tea. After breakfast, Cathy and Sue took a pile of stationery to the primary school at the end of the driveway -- plus two of our honeymooner cakes. Because of the package we booked at MMP, each couple got a honeymooner cake -- and they were MASSIVE. The six of us made a dent in one -- but the kids got the others -- much to their delight -- although I gather they got just as much of a thrill just having visitors to the school. I went back to bed. Colette & Phil, and Sue & Enzo had massages -- then Cathy joined them for an afternoon touring around the area with a local guide. I stayed in bed and prayed to die! But eventually the drugs kicked in, and after giving my immune system a serious talking to, I was feeling considerably better by the time they got back late in the afternoon. I hope it lasts. It rained most of the afternoon -- I know why they call this the wet season. Cathy's bit: We were picked up by a local man - Nyoman (otherwise known as "I have done everything" man).
