Are you an active and outdoorsy person? Then Mickey could be your next best friend! Mickey is a Labroador/Border Collie mix and is around 2 years old. He is very handsome with his lean build, and he’s always dressed for a party in his tuxedo. He likes everyone, both dogs and people, but does have some fear issues with larger men. He gets a bit anxious when strangers enter his home, but with some tasty treats the new people are fast friends of his. He enjoys being outside and will need a home where he can get regular exercise, whether that's walking or running. And if you like running, or hiking, Mickey would love to go with you! He is also already house trained and crate trained, and he rides will in the car. He knows several commands (sit, stay, lay down, wait, back) and is learning more all the time. He is VERY smart and he catches on to new things very quickly. He walks very well on the leash and stops when you stop. He loves to run around the yard with stuffed toys in his mouth, but will relinquish the toy to you when you want it. He loves belly rubs and is a masterful snuggler. Positive reinforcement will be best for this pup. He would do best in a home without young chilren. Mickey is a super dog that will make someone a very loyal and fun companion.
