Jennifer has been a resident of the Cape May County area for many years and a graduate of Millville High School. She has been very active in the business world in the Cape may County/Atlantic County area with her last position in the very busy Law Offices of Cooper Perskie April Niedelman Wagenheim & Levenson of North Field and Atlantic City.  Jennifer, a Licensed New Jersey Realtor, is very energized, friendly, professional and feels strongly about quality customer service. Job Description: Jennifer's main focus is filling Hugh's rental properties with tenants and assisting both rental owners and tenants (both prospective tenants and actual tenants). Jennifer works full time on helping everyone with their vacation hopes and dreams. During the summer months Jenn not only continues to fill Hugh's rental properties for his rental owners, she is also responsible for making sure all tenants are comfortable and happy.
