Tragedy struck the town of Kapkot on Wednesday (August 18) in Uttarakhand as 18 children died when the roof of their school collapsed due to a cloud burst. The roof of the Saraswati Shishu Mandir at Sumgad village collapsed last morning when the children were studying, burying them under the debris.
