Life Scout Luke Miller 15 started his Eagle Scout Project to build a accessible and adaptive garden to help the children who are working with therapists on physical, occupational and speech conditions at the CHKD Health and Surgery Center in Newport News. His little sister Mary Miller 9 has Down Syndrome and is working with Maggie Jarvela inside the new garden.
