Iran’s Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces Logistics has launched the production line of its new guided two thousand-pound-'Smart Bomb'.  The carrier bomb, equipped with an active air-to-ground, navigation and long-range system has been designed using the latest technology. The bomb is outfitted with a two thousand-pound-warhead to cause maximum destruction. Its graphical navigation system that has accurate automatic guiding abilities is among the best of its kind. The bomb is built to meet the requirements of the Iranian military, which include the ability to destroy military, economic and fortified strategic targets well within enemy territory.
