A small afternoon earthquake gave residents in Lake Isabella and Bodfish quite a surprise Monday. The 3.9 magnitude quake was centered in the Sequoia National Forrest according to the U.S. Geological survey. ABC 23’s Karl Mandik gives us recap from residents in that area
