iReport — June 8, 2010 If the BP engineers had a little more common sense and or a little imagination, they could easily solve this problem. There are some very good solutions and ideas floating around the web right now. I believe 10’s of thousands at this point. Certainly there is a solution out there somewhere or several ideas that could be combined to create "THE SOLUTION." If a pipe burst in your house, you don't just Vacuum, Suck or Blow on it or stick a can on top of it, you call a plumber. Hey! Let's get Joe the Plumber to fix it! He's friends with the president, Right!? All kidding aside, This Crisis could have been resolved if BP wasn't in the way. I'm tired of hearing that it is 5000 feet below the Gulf's surface. We put a man on the Moon for God's Sake! Although difficult, the situation is workable. They may not have had the tools in their toolkit before, but they certainly do now. At this point all we need are a few good ideas and "A Few Good Men!"
