This week we continue with Dr. Bill’s Cigar pairing series with Fantôme Noël. We talk about the various food pairings but settle on our own dessert pairing, since it was so freaking hot. We talk about the need to carry a corkscrew with you when bringing certain Belgian Beers, and how that can sometimes land you in trouble with the TSA, and is Dany Prignon the Willy Wonka of Beer? We have an awkward intteruption that leads to Stephen getting his Men at Work on! Stephen apologies for that. For Master Pairings, we join Dr. Bill, John Calabrese, and James Sunderland at the Tobacco Barn Cigar Lounge to see what cigar Dr. Bill would pair with the Fantôme Noël. Tobacco Barn has an amazing lounge to relax in, enjoy a fabulous cigar and allows you to bring your own bottle of Fantome with you. As a bonus, we open up a 2009 Fantôme Noël to do a side by side of the vintages and see which we like the best!
