The much talked about Cabinet reshuffle sees the Prime Minister playing it safe. There were no major upsets and none that were unforseen. In a surprise statement, PM said the reshuffle of his Council of Ministers is the last before the Lok Sabha polls in 2014 but two slots have been kept vacant for DMK as part of coalition dharma. Singh believes he has done a good job in shuffling ministers around. But experts feel this could be a classic case of much ado about nothing.
