Demo Reel: Naomi Vondell — Two-minute demo reel for Toronto-based actress Naomi Vondell. The first couple of shots are from Heather Baillie-Brown’s comedy hit Virgin Wanted, where Naomi plays a young woman applying to a sacrificial virgin agency. The next shot, from Ian Kennedy's "Yield to Self", shows Naomi as a tough mom. Content is considered "Mature" because she's verbally stern with the boy and it could be interpreted as violence. Next, in Deacon MacKay's "Off the Hook", for which she was nominated for a Best Actress award at the Toronto Film School, Naomi is a fired Sunday School teacher applying for a very unlikely job! The "Mature" rating decision was reinforced by the type of job for which she is applying.... Last, in Robert William Wilson's "A Dying Fall", featured on CBC's Canadian Reflections, Naomi is the mom you wish you had when you were a kid. All films were shot in Toronto by Canadian filmmakers. Edited on Windows MovieMaker under the supervision of Richard McKenna.
