The interior of the Miami condo is complete and ready for a getaway. In this small apartment, less than 1,000 square feet, it was important to select and place items that would maximize space rather than cluttering it. Bob points out the chrome and glass bar that was built into a recessed niche. He also discusses vintage finds and their use as functional design elements, like the home office space created from a side table. Bob is joined by Bill Petters of Sound Components who designed the plasma flat-sceen television installation using a flexible swing-arm bracket. The 37-inch Sony t.v. from Sears.com can go flat against the wall when not in use, but extend and be angled for optimal viewing.
