I came across "The Modifyers" while searching for reference materials for a certain project for my Character Design class. It’s only one episode since it's a pilot for a cartoon that never got accepted, but it was so much fun to watch that I decided to make a music video for it, and the most fitting music I could find was the opening theme for the OVA series "Read Or Die" (composed by Taku Iwasaki). I used the short TV length version since I don't have the free time to make anything longer.
